Terms and Conditions
1.) 10% deposit is required to guarantee your booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on your arrival.
2.) All rates are inclusive of VAT.
3.) All changes and cancellations must be notified 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, amendments after this time will be charged the equivalent of one night stay.
4.) Check-in is after 14:00 hrs with checkout before midday (12:00 hrs)
5.) Reception is open from 07:00 to 19:00 hrs. The bell at the reception is provided to contact staff with any emergencies after these hours.
6.) Focal Local is a non-smoking bed and breakfast. Smoking is allowed outside only.
